Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A. Instructions on Withdrawal (Services)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Volando GmbH, Raunerweg 9b, 82211 Herrsching, Germany, Tel.: +49 8152 9148080, Email: support@say-again.aero) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the portion of the services already provided up to the time you notified us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and the performance has only begun after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully fulfilled by us.
